What is difference between Private Office ,Hot Desk . Dedicated Desk .Private Space
- Private office :-
these purpose-built, flexible office spaces can usually be rented on short-term contracts. Prices often include broadband, meeting rooms, receptions and IT support, while you get the opportunities of working alongside other businesses.
- Hot Desk: –
but you hire Desk from us,which work on a more casual ‘pay-for-what-you-use’ These are often cheaper too – while you still get to cut down on your admin hassles.
- Dedicated Desk : –
Also known as coworking ,A desk of your own in a shared space at one location . You will set up your space in the same spot each day in your building . these are aimed squarely at freelancers and startups, they offer a hassle-free package where you’ll usually find broadband, utilities and security are included in a flat monthly fee. You’ll also come across Custom Office space ,Whether full floor or building , design build best for companies of 10 – 500+

What is workspace?
A daily workspace is designated seating in a shared desk area that has ample seating, work surfaces, and access to power.
Where can I book workspace?
Our We Membership plan allows you to book at any of our We Membership / Hot Desk friendly locations worldwide. The list is constantly growing, and you can view our current locations here.
Do I have to reserve workspace before coming into Office Space Direct?
Yes, you do. To ensure our members have the best possible experience, we ask that you book a workspace at least one hour before you plan on coming into work.
If you have a Hot Desk membership, you do not need to reserve a spot in advance at your designated home location.
How do credits work?
We Membership, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office plans all include a monthly credit allocation that can be used to book conference rooms and workspace. After you have used your allotted credits, you are free to keep booking space at a cost of $25 per credit. Credits do not rollover from month to month.
Can I book workspace/conference rooms on the weekend with We Membership?
At this time, We Membership only allows access to workspaces and conference rooms from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with select locations open until 9 PM.
Can I register guests for my workspace?
At this time, we do not offer the option for We Membership or Hot Desk members to have guests in our open area workspaces. If you would like to have a guest work with you for the day, you are welcome to book a conference room.
